Noétis is not a generic product in disguise: it answers real needs for offline, private, readable accounting.
The project is led by Dylan Drancourt, agricultural accountant & founder. The idea is simple: make accounting accessible without forcing a cloud or opaque jargon.
Why two apps?
Noétis — Noétis is for micro-businesses (BA, BIC, BNC): invoice and VAT automation, e-invoicing, AI Advisor from the Micro plan. The real regime comes later.
Legacy — Legacy remains the personal tool: personal balance sheet, general ledger, assets and loans, encrypted locally. Freemium and Premium stay 100% offline; the AI Advisor analyses the books and advises. Separating audiences avoids mixing business duties with private home life.
