This page describes privacy for Noétis and Legacy. It is written for Play Store transparency and to inform users clearly.

Noétis keeps no user data. Your books stay on your device, encrypted locally.

Files and entries are stored locally on the device (offline-first).
AI is used to import invoices (PDF or photo reading and automatic entries). Documents processed for this recognition are not retained: Noétis keeps no data.
Noétis has no server that archives your books: the publisher keeps no business data.
Local encryption protects your files on the device.
E-invoicing is supported; exchange details (receipt via an accredited platform) still mean no lasting storage of your data by Noétis.
From the Micro plan, the AI Advisor may analyse your books to advise you: only information needed for the answer is sent for processing, with no dossier kept by Noétis.

Legacy is built for personal privacy. How offline it stays depends on the plan you choose.

100% offline: no mandatory cloud sync.
Data encrypted locally on the device.
Your data remains your property; the publisher does not access your personal books.

To analyse your books and advise you, a connection is required: relevant parts of your file may be sent to the AI service for processing.
Your data remains your property. It continues to be stored and encrypted on your device.
When you are not using the AI Advisor, the app stays local and encrypted.
It is no longer a strict offline mode while you use the advisor.
