EBF and ETF (Legacy): reading dashboard indicators

Legacy shows EBF (Excédent Brut du Foyer) and ETF (Excédent de Trésorerie du Foyer). Noétis shows EBE (operating surplus) and Result for equivalent concepts. Always note which app and label you use before comparing figures.

EBF formula
EBF = sum of class 7 (resources) + sum of class 6 (charges). Positive EBF means current personal resources cover current charges on the filtered period.
ETF formula
ETF starts from EBF and adds items beyond day-to-day activity:
- Account 580: internal transfers between your accounts.
- Fixed assets: acquisitions, disposals, related charges.
- Account 1642: loans and loan instalments.

Positive EBF but cash falling?+
Check ETF and monthly flow — asset purchases, loan repayments (1642), or internal transfers (580) may absorb cash.
Compare EBF to Noétis Result?+
Only roughly; chart of accounts and scopes differ.
