Dashboard: your accounting at a glance

Published 14 August 2026 · 8 min read

The dashboard is the front door to personal accounting on Legacy and Noétis. One screen summarizes cash, operating performance, and spending trends. Legacy labels key indicators EBF and ETF; Noétis uses EBE and Result for the same ideas.

Top to bottom

  1. Four KPIs: personal indicator on Legacy (EBF) or farm operating indicator on Noétis (EBE), switchable to ETF / Result, then Resources, Expenses (or Charges), and a ratio (e.g. expenses / resources).
  2. Monthly cashflow chart: inflows and outflows, with end-of-month balance.
  3. Cash forecast block (Premium on Legacy): end-of-month or end-of-year projection based on the last 3 / 6 / 12 months of history.
  4. Five-year future installments: upcoming loan schedules.
  5. Top expenses: ranking of the largest expense posts for the filtered period.

Filters and Freemium

Set bank, year, and month before reading figures. Freemium Legacy is limited to the main bank (512); Premium adds extra banks and cash.

  1. Open the dashboard after your first Journal import.
  2. Check cash and operating KPI against expectations.
  3. Review top expenses; fix unclassified Journal entries before drawing conclusions.
