The forecast projects cash to month-end or year-end from observed habits and known due dates. Options 3 / 6 / 12 months choose how much past history to use — not how many future months to draw.

Projection starts at asOf — the date of the latest OFX import on the selected bank. Pick a 3 / 6 / 12 month lookback on past data; the result remains an end-of-month or end-of-year estimate. Re-import statements to refresh asOf.
