Legacy Journal: filter bar and navigation
Published 14 August 2026 · 6 min read
Legacy 2.0 uses one universal filter bar under the burger menu. It drives the Journal, dashboard, income statement, balance sheet, Accounts tab, and more — one context everywhere.
The six chips
| Chip | Role |
|---|---|
| BNQ | Bank / cash: 512, 513, 514, 530, or All |
| AN | Year |
| MOIS | Month (with year) |
| CPT | Account focus (e.g. 470, 6011) |
| PROJ | Project(s) — Premium |
| TAG | White (Journal) or green (Management) tags — Premium |
BNQ and subscription limits
| Account | Freemium | Premium |
|---|---|---|
| 512 Main bank | Yes | Yes |
| 513 / 514 Extra banks | No | Yes |
| 530 Cash | No | Yes |
Freemium vs Premium (Journal)
- Freemium: BNQ · AN · MOIS · CPT; bank 512 only; one personal profile.
- Premium: banks 513 / 514 and cash 530; PROJ and TAG filters; unlimited profiles.
- Unified tabs on Legacy: Dashboard, Journal, SIG, Balance sheet, Accounts, AI Advisor.
Why don't I see 513 or 530?+
Extra banks and cash require Legacy Premium. Freemium is limited to account 512.
Do filters persist across tabs?+
Yes. BNQ, AN, MOIS, CPT, PROJ, and TAG are shared global context.
